Top marketing agencies for roofline specialists in the UK
Roofline work sells on photos, timing and trust. Homeowners rarely know they need new fascias until they see a neighbour's done, or the gutters start leaking in October. These five agencies suit that pattern, ranked on how well they handle seasonal demand, visual proof and a roofline firm's margins.
Our yardstick for a roofline agency
Roofline is a considered, mid-ticket job. A full replacement on a semi runs into the low thousands, which means the customer looks you up properly, compares a couple of quotes and judges you on your previous jobs. So the agency has to be good at photos, reviews and quoting, not just getting the phone to ring.
Demand also swings with the weather. Autumn leaks and spring tidy-ups bring the enquiries; January is quiet. We favoured agencies with low fixed costs that don't punish you in dead months, and we checked each one for actual roofline, roofing or home improvement experience.
One assigned name, a kitchen-showroom specialist, was dropped because it had nothing to do with roofline. In its place is an agency that has published a roofline client case study.
1. Agass Marketing Solutions
Best for: A one-off site you own, from an agency that has done roofline work before
Agass Marketing Solutions, run by Joseph Agass in the South West, is the only agency in our research with a roofline case study on its site, alongside heating, fencing, locksmith, kitchen and carpentry clients. Websites come with service and area pages, reviews and a quote form, priced at £499 one-off (£699 on WordPress) with optional hosting and changes at £30 a month, no contract.
It sends a free draft within 48 hours and you only pay if you like it. You own the site and domain. Google and Meta ads and local SEO are quoted separately.
The Dutch company registration shown on the site is worth a question, and it's a website-plus-ads shop rather than a full follow-up system. But on roofline-specific experience and low risk, it earns the top spot.
2. Riley Marketing
Best for: Roofline firms that want quoting, reviews and missed calls handled in one fee
Riley Marketing sits here because its £149-a-month system (at time of writing) solves the three things a roofline specialist loses jobs on. First, quotes: the CRM sends branded quote pages on your own domain, so your fascia and soffit quote looks like it came from a proper firm, not a text message. Second, reviews: Google review automation, including nudging past customers, keeps the stars building between busy seasons. Third, missed calls: text back fires within seconds when you're on the scaffold.
Underneath that is an SEO-focused website with service pages (fascias, soffits, guttering, cladding) and location pages per town, plus Google Business Profile optimisation. Roofers, window and door fitters and builders are all among the trades Riley works with, which is the right neighbourhood for roofline.
The whole thing is built before you pay, revisions are unlimited, there's no setup fee and you can cancel any time. Founder Tom Riley has ten years in search and lead generation and has built sites for an industrial painting and roofing contractor and an Essex building firm. Clients deal with him directly.
In a seasonal trade the fixed fee matters. £149 in a quiet January is bearable; a £750 management fee plus ad spend is not.
3. ServiceLeads
Best for: Roofline firms with a bigger job value wanting guaranteed Meta enquiries
ServiceLeads, founder-led from Cornwall, runs Meta ads only for high-ticket local services, with roof repair and windows among its named trades. The management fee is a flat £750 a month plus ad spend paid direct to Meta, and it guarantees a set number of qualified homeowner enquiries in 30 days or waives the fee. You own the ad account.
It publishes anonymised results with cost-per-lead figures and handles offer design, lead-form qualification, funnel planning and weekly creative testing.
Roofline photographs well, which suits Facebook. But the fee only makes sense if your average job is big enough and you can run it through the busy months.
4. Digital 4 Trades
Best for: North West roofline firms who want to own their site and have the socials done
Digital 4 Trades, a small in-house team at Royal Albert Dock in Liverpool, does website and logo design, SEO, social media management, lead generation and Google Ads for trades including roofers and joiners. Websites are bought outright or paid off over about a year with no rental lock-in, and content management runs from a couple of hundred pounds a month.
It publishes a roofing firm case study and a portfolio across joinery, locksmiths, groundworks and heating.
For a roofline firm whose before-and-after photos deserve a proper showing on Facebook and Instagram, having the socials managed by the same people who built the site is tidy.
5. Websites 4 Trades
Best for: The cheapest way to get a presentable roofline site live
Websites 4 Trades charges £30 a month flat with nothing upfront, and the standard package includes unlimited changes. Founded in 2021 by Carl Hancock, a former plasterer and labourer, it builds for trades only and lists roofers among them. You buy your own domain; SEO and logo design cost extra.
There are no written case studies, only a logo wall of live client sites.
It's a website and nothing more, but for a one-man roofline outfit that just needs somewhere to send people from a Facebook post, £30 is hard to argue with.

So who should a roofline firm ring?
If you want a site at a one-off price from someone who has done roofline before, Agass. If you want the site plus the quote pages, review automation and text back that actually win roofline jobs, at a fee you can carry through January, Riley Marketing.
Bigger firm with £3,000-plus jobs and the appetite for Facebook ads? ServiceLeads. In the North West and want the socials looked after too? Digital 4 Trades. Repair-led gutter firms should also read the guttering and fascia agencies list. Just need a cheap site this week? Websites 4 Trades.
And whichever you pick, start taking photos that sell your work on every job. Roofline before-and-afters are the best advert you'll ever own, and nobody can take them but you.
Frequently asked questions
How seasonal is roofline marketing?
Very. Enquiries pick up in autumn when gutters leak and in spring when people tidy up for summer. Fixed low fees and a strong review profile carry you through the quiet months better than ad spend does.
What photos work best for fascia and soffit firms?
Straight-on before-and-after shots of the same elevation in similar light, plus a close-up of a clean mitre or joint. See the guide to photos that sell your work.
Should I quote by text or with a proper quote page?
A branded quote page on your own domain looks more professional and can be tracked. Riley Marketing's CRM does this; otherwise a PDF quote beats a WhatsApp message.
Is Facebook advertising good for roofline work?
It can be, because the work is visual and homeowners don't know they need it until they see it. It suits firms with bigger job values that can absorb a management fee and ad spend.
